Helllloooo Momstar 🌟
Welcome home, mama! And welcome to another episode of the Friday Mum Tribe. It's good to have you 🫶🥹
This week we share a rather unexpected labour story and of course, a mama dilemma. Sit back and relax, mama.
I Didn’t Know I Was In Labour
Hi Babymigo!
I had to tell my unusual labour story. Though, it's short and I hope others mums enjoy it.
I'm a mum of four and my last labour experience was rather odd. I had all my three children through emergency CS after a painful labour.
I didn't bother wanting a vaginal delivery because this isn't my first time and my doctors and I have already agreed. I've already zeroed my mind on having a vaginal delivery in my life.
However, on my delivery day, I was out with my older sister in a mall. I felt nothing, nothing at all. No pain whatsoever.
The next thing, the sales girl in the shop we were in alerted my sister that my gown was wet from behind. I quickly rushed to the bathroom to try to clean up because the damage was already there.
I was feeling an unusual movement around my vaginal but I felt it was because my water broke.
When I bent down to pull my pant, I found my cute baby’s head struggling for the outside world. I almost screamed because I hadn't expected this and of all places😅
I was praying everything was normal because I didn't feel any pain! My sister quickly rushed me to the hospital and I delivered my baby safely.
As I write this, I still can't believe I gave birth through vaginal delivery. At least my tummy isn't bulgy compared to a CS delivery.

Ask Babymigo: My 9 Months Old Baby Has Refused To Walk
Hello Babymigo,
I need help please. My 9 months old son has refused to walk. All my friends babies have started walking and I feel left out. Please is there a way to make him walk? I don't want him to feel left out during play dates 🙏
Hello momstar,
Thank you for sending this in. Let us reiterate that developmental stages vary in babies. Do not feel sad because your son hasn't started walking. Every child’s growth is unique to them.
Don't put too much pressure on yourself and your son. Enjoy these moments now ❤️ If you feel uneasy, speak with his paediatrician.
Momstars, do you have any word of encouragement for a fellow mama? Please send them in here, she’ll see them.
